When I could see none of the great changes promised by their ads & testimonials, I went on line and discovered bad news about the business practices of LifeCell. In the meantime, LifeCell had deducted $189 from my checking account plus $34 in insufficient fund fees and then the bank charged an "extended" fee of $15.

I called their customer support at 866.977.1412 and spoke to Sylvia A who e-mailed a form and the Tyler St address to return the unused cream and to use tracking system---another $5.80 charge. I am hoping the form "qualifies" for a full refund. They are cagey about whether they will refund your $189. They say "returns will be processed within a week after receiving it and only if all the information in properly filled out below." If may be too early to expect a refund, but I am uneasy about the other reports on this company and wanted to file a complaint about this sneaky way of doing business.
