Purchased upper ball joints for 2005 grand cherokee and found out that I had to buy the whole control arm with ball joint as the factory one is not removable from control arm. I filled out a customer service ticket and they said send it back for a refund. They emailed me rma numbers for the return and I shipped it back. It's been over a week with no reply. I have tried to contact them to get confirmation they received the parts even though the tracking info confirms the parts were delivered. After trying to contact them for over a week with no reply.
