International boundaries
Applied for free trial of teeth whitening products. Agreed to pay international postage only. Received goods but two days later received full programme which I had not requested. My credit card was charged with $180 (which includes international money changing fee by my credit card company). I did not order this programme nor did I give permission for my credit card to be charged. This is fraud. I have tried e-mailing but all I get are stock replies asking me to telephone their customer services. I live in the UK so the time difference is important here.
