First with 100bestbuy i shop a pair of sohoes and 5 shirts.then within 10 minutes i got a call that we are offering a free tablet and a watch if you submit Rs 5999 and you can use this credit to shop with us in future.I pay to them then i go through their website and see most of the branded products are more than their mrp.
Then i call them to cancle my order.Then their executive said give a mail to [email protected] and we will refund you.
After 24 hrs no reply.Then i again talk to their customer care executive again same replay send a mail and again no replay of mail.Then again i call then this time they said we are discussing your issue we will refund you.
Again nothing will happen.then again i call and they said your order is dispatched and their will be no refund.Then i said ok fine my fault i pay to them without checking reviews of their website.
Then after 12 days my order of bsnl penta tablet and a watch is reached .More worse it contain's only a watch and not tablet.Then i again call to their executive then they said within 2 to 5 day's we will send tablet to you.
Again nothing happen.No Response.
