they took deposit £200. i cancelled within 7 days and was promised to get my full refund. until now they are ignoring all my mails/emails sent. and even found out that the address that i am sendind my mail is a store dept.where there is no one to receive mails.
Update: 04/20/2014
now they told me that they don't accept cancellation over the phone when they themselves ask me to call.even sent by post on 3/3/14.i asked for the recorded conversation they advised me to call to cancel on 25/02/14,they ignore everything.
