They company called and said that I was approved of a loan from $1500 to $5,000. So, I called back and the transaction person said I was approved and then they just need $265 to show that I will pay with a green dot cash. So I did this and he calls back again saying there was a problem and that I need to pay $325 for insurance because of bad credit, and he promised that would be the last and he would stay on the phone and transfer the money to my account and I would get back all the money that I paid. So I again get a Green do cash and pay that and he comes back and transfers me to someone else and he tells my that I need to pay another $410 for a transaction fee and he promises that will be the last time. I pay the $410 and he transfers me to another person the vice president and he tells me he is the one who can get it done, this is the last time "he promises" I pay that and then I am transferred to the CEO Andrew Hill and he tells me that the money will be in my account after the last transaction fee of $453. I tell him that all his employees have promised it is the last fee and they all have lied. I ask him if this is a scam and try to get the company name, website, owner's name and business number and address. This is the address that was given to me. The web address was advanceamerica.net The head office phone number 209-690-7494. I then spoke to transaction officer and he stated that I would get my money if I just pay the transaction fee of $453. He promises. When I explained I don't have that because I already paid his company $1500 for a $5000 loan he told me he would talk to the Board of Directors and see if they will waive the transaction fee. Now I am waiting to hear from them. They said if I want to cancel all I have to do is pay $375 and then they would send me back my money. One of their employees was calling me a baby because I was upset that they would not give me my money back. Not a very professional company.
