Ordered trial sample. Do to facial skin problem, dermatologist recommend me not to use product at this time before condition had cleared. Now I'm charged 1/2 charge for something I've not even received. I still have sample unopened and offered to return it. They will credit me 1/2 of $89.00 which I would have NEVER ordered to start with. What can I do now?
