I am too one of the many who was conned in this scam. I too was promised that when ever i want to cancel my vehicle coverage contract I may do it at any time. I had spent over 25 minutes on the phone to speak to a rep. Upon getting through, I had explained to the sales rep.(James) that I wanted to cancel my contract, when he started to get loud and started to beat around the bush. I had told him I just want to cancel the contract, and please assist me, and if you cant help me please let me talk to a supervisor. He told me that the supervisor was not there, and that I will not be able to get $2,700. He had told me "we are no bank that keep your money, and just give it back to you when you want it". i was really fed up with this character's rude behavior and arrogance. When I asked him what is his supervisor's name he stated his name is "Jermaine", so i asked Jermaine who, whats his last name, he stated thats all you need to know. then I asked him what is your last name James, and he stated "I am not obligated to tell you that, all you need to know is my name is James. As a customer, i shouldn't have to feel this way, when I am paying for a product, not receiving any freebees. And as per the contract booklet, I as a costumer, should not have to deal with this type of behavior from a unprofessional individuals who is there to just frustrate a customer.
