Placed order 12/28/13 at $4.95 & $3.95, pay as shipping and handling - 1sr order (advertisement CLAIMED FREE 1st order). I DID NOT SELECT AUTO SHIPMENT. 2nd order came & I was charged $178. I canceled on 2/14/14. I WAS CHARGED A FULL PRICE AGAIN of $178!!!! Called customer service (several times); they refused to remove last charges stating I didn't cancel before trial period. It's sad how customers get suckered into companies' greed!! Long wait/hold times, unclear instructions, incomplete info, on and on! Worked hard for my $$!! NEVER WILL I ORDER EVER AGAIN!!!!
