I've belonged to this site since 2010 and have updated my funds for downloads initially successfully. I sent mp3mixx $50.00 recently to increase my allowable amount and my amount only increased by less than one dollar. I've e-mailed the site regarding this and have not heard back regarding either a refund or adding the amount to my account.
At this point, my recommendation is to avoid mp3mixx at all costs, since it's already cost me $50.00 dollars.
