They say that they will only charge you $5.99 for shipping a trial order, but then the "Terms and Conditions" are not specified and it turns out that this means you are signing up for an automated order. Then the shipment never arrives. They will only refund your money if you return the nonexistent shipment. I should have known it was too good to be true. So far I have only lost $5.99, but that's because I'm still within the "trial" period (LOL). As others have complained, once the trial period is over they will charge you around $100 unless you can return the (again, nonexistent) product. What a racket. I realized they were a scam and canceled my order within 15 hours. 14 days later I finally receive an email response saying they'll refund me if I can return it within 30 days. Obviously I can't.
