I ordered one bottle of Arthritis Relief Xtreme and two bottles of Ultimate Bursitis Relief from "IncredibleHealthRemedies.com" which I did receive on March11, 2014. I decided right away that I did not want the products and have been trying to contact the company since then to get return instructions. The package has the above return address, but the name is Jeff from Exclusive Health. I get emails more than weekly from him with a reply arrow, and I reply each time asking for return instructions, but I get no reply. I have gone to the website which has a different name and submitted tickets and received no replies.
I don't want the stuff, but I don't want to send it back because I know I won't see a refund. No paperwork came with the order, and no email was sent with an order #. There was a slip of paper in the bag that said I would need an RMA # to return the product, but no number to call to get one.
Should I return the product with a letter to them or hang on to it? Either way I'm out $59.00, but I don't want them to turn around and sell it to someone else and make more money.
