I ordered the "trial" happy to pay for this as under £10 thought I'd give it a go.....then a week later £93:00 was taken from my account 5days later £86:00 was taken.I rang my bank to tell them not to let any further payments be taken but this month £95:99+£92:95 was taken!! I was livid and phoned the disputes dept to request the bank refund my money and was told I had to contact the company and request a refund from them!!! PLEASE can someone let me know if they have managed this? To make matters worse another supply has been delivered which I DONT want I WANT to return them and get a refund, HELP?
