I ordered a sample of face cream for £2.99 which I received. On April 12th I received my credit card bank statement which included this payment on March 10th. However, a further payment of £89 was taken 14 days later for £89. Since I did not receive a confirmation e-mail to what I had agreed and neither was there any documentation about contacting the company, I had an uneasy feeling that all was not well. My credit card company says that other people have suffered a series of monthly deductions. This obviously is a scam. Please investigate.
