Similar to other complaints, the misleading online advertises free samples. I applied for RVTL and I also received Equinox even though I thought I had exited their site before completing the application.
I called customer service to return the Equinox and was assured that both that and the RVTL account were now cancelled. They failed to tell me that one payment for the RVTL had been taken the day before.
I might not have minded so much if the stuff actually worked
Terribly misleading offer - they should refund - don't buy from them
