Called to ask to cancel and refund. The lady was RUDE, almost cussing at me, and telling me off. I ordered on March 25th and 26th, received the product 3 days later. According to them you must cancel within 14 days. That's ridiculous since I hadn't even had 14 days to try. I called to cancel after seeing they had charged me a total of $180 2 days ago. The lady claimed there was no manager available and sent me to email [email protected]. I did that and all that came up was forums against them scamming people, I called back same lady talked to me and was rude again. She taunted me to contact the BBB. I warrant anyone against using this product, it doesn't worked and you will have a huge hole in your bank account. Beware of slim optimum and detox pro!
