Had the product key # for my computer, claimed they were with microsoft and could protect my system, and get the # back, with protection for life, and up to 10 computers in my household. They then put a bunch of virus protectors on my screen. Claimed they were with microsoft in New York, and that all my information was being stolen from my sytem.
