The salesman that visited our home assured me that these kitchen were fully assembled and solid wood. I told him that this was the reason I was choosing this company as, with a new baby, I wanted the fitting completed as soon as possible. When it arrived it was ALL flat packed, and the worktops were completely wrong. They eventually gave me £100 back to pay our kitchen fitter for another days labour (though my kitchen fitter charges £140) and have said they will deliver the right worktops 'maybe tomorrow, maybe Monday' When I said that I needed a definite time for the worktops, the manager said 'look, do you want the kitchen or not?" as if it was my fault! Today I have tried to contact them to find out whether the worktop are coming today and, no surprise, NOONE is answering the phone. My kitchen fitter now cannot install half of the kitchen as he needs the worktops, costing me ANOTHER days labour. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY- yes, the kitchens are good value for money, but the customer care is absolutely shocking if something goes wrong.
