About 2month ago I ordered a wig from them, I needed for a trip overseas. When I placed and paid for my order, it said delive.ry to to 12 days, after about 5 weeks I contacted them several times, asking what happened to my wig, finally they e mailed me, saying that the wig has to be made first, that's why it's taking so long, there was absolutely no mentioning about that, when i placed my order. After another few weeks, I emailed them, u can't reach them by phone, even so they list a number, and canceled my order, no response from them. But it even gets better, yesterday I finally received a wig, from china, it is most ridiculous thing I ever laid my eyes, nothing like the one they show on line, totally wrong color too, the wig came without any return address, nor did it have any tags on it, which leads me to believe, that it's not even new.
I contacted them right away, telling them that I am going to return it, and here is what they mailed me, I am not to allow to return it without their permission, written in not so perfect english. They want to see pictures of it first, plus I also found out, if u do return it, they charge u 30 percent of the wig price. I've never in all these years I lived in the US heard of anything like that. Come to think of it, since they gave no valid return address, I can't send it back!
