I ordered a study guide from their suggestion. They sent me the wrong book. Followed the procedure for the wrong book still got the same incorrect book. I wanted to talk to somebody but they don't even list a phone number on their website for a customer service! The links for phone call and chat don't work. Only through gum shin and google did I find a #. They discovered they had miscoded the book. They gave me the ISBN for an older addition, 15% coupon, and a refund.Instead of just ordering the book for me. When I reordered the book I didn't apply my credit so I had to cancel and reorder. Well the coupon didn't work and the correct book cost more plus I had to get faster shipping as I am two weeks into my semester. I'm just doing amazon next time.
