I joined the ChristianMingle dating agency in May 2013 as a free guest member. They had an offer in Oct 2013 for only 6 months, this I paid for. For two weeks prior to 5th of April when the subscription ends, they stopped all communications. no emails etc. I later discovered they have requested for another six months from my account.
I logged in via google and sent an email to request my money back. I was told they don't give refunds. I expressed my shock because it was within few days and I still have a right to cancellation. but they were adamant and very rude on the phone, which made me query their christianity. THIS WEB SITE IS FRAUDULENT and they must be stopped. I advise people looking for partners to try other means, i.e. churches itself, friends or family referrals. but not CHRISTIAN MINGLE.
