I ordered a dress from these people for my daughters wedding in June - thank God I oredered it early enough that I have time to go look for another dress. The dress they shipped me is HORRIBLE! Does not look like the picture at all, darker color, I could sew a better dress myself - without a sewing machine! Just terrible! I was horrified when I tried it on - not the correct size, the zipper sticks out in the back, sewn in crooked, very heavy dress, very VERY disappointed. And they give you 24 hours to call them to return the dress - I have tried the on line chat, phone number, email, etc and I have yet to hear back from anyone! The phone number says no one is there at this time, the on-line chat says you have to wait 45 minutes. I am so horrified, that I acutally fell for this place, but I wanted to look beautiful for my daughters wedding - when I sent her pictures of the dress, even she could not believe how horrible it was and didn't look a thing like the picture. I cannot believe that I am out $168.00, and want to just give this thing of a dress to a homeless person - they probably wouldn't like it either!! Just HORRIBLE!! And very sad how they are taking advantage of people that are needing special dresses for "Special" Occasions!! Horrified!!
