My ucard was compromised, I was never informed. They didn't change or deactivate my card until the charges went through. Even on the phone they never told me there was a data breach in their own system. They said it was my responsibility to call all of the merchants in question and try to cancel the pending charges that hadn't gone through yet. I received no help and no acknowledgement from Chase of fault.
