I paid over the telephone a discounted subscription for one month. The lady taking the payment said she would call me in later to confirm if I wanted to renew for the following month.
I got no such call and notice they have taken £30 from my bank account.
They are refusing to give me a refund, claiming I authorised them to take the payment automatically, which is untrue.
Now I have to writ to the Windsor office to further this issue.
