they asked for card details to apparently confirm i was who i said i was and said no money would be taken to which they sent me a email saying so . then £30 went from my bank and i think they put it back and just took £6 them on the first they took a further £30 . ive tried sending a email to cancel my supposedly free account but keeps coming back saying unable to send.
