I ordered this trial sample of NuvaLift and paid $4.95 shipping and handling. I called on March 21st to cancel my order. I then received a bill on my credit card for $84.87. I ordered this on march 2 and by the time I received it and used it and called to cancel they had already billed me for their product. I might have been a day or two past the 15 day trial as we had a family emergency during this period of time. When I talked to your representatives they were very rude and told me I needed to read the instructions better. I think this is a very unprofessional way to run a business. I would very much like to receive a credit on my bill.
