I answered a pop up advert when I was on line and received a sample for £2.99 I read nothing of having further money taken from me but today £89 was taken from my account what for ? The sample was not very big I have reported them to the bank and have tried phoning the company but could not hear what they was saying can you help me in any way as I am aged 80 years old I cannot afford to lose this money how many other old people have been coned In this way thanking you
