HAVE TALKED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION , NO LUCK , THEY SAY I NEED TO SEND THEM AN E-MAIL SAYING I WILL NOT DISPUTE THERE CHARGES , AND THEN THEY WILL SEND ME A RETURN NO.
SOUNDS REAL FISHY TO ME , I HAVE DISPUTED ONCE BEFORE , AND MY CARD CO HANDLED IT VERY WELL , HOW EVER IT TOOK 120 DAYS , HERE I GO AGAIN , THIS WAS A SCAM , THEY NEED THERE ASS STOPPED
