My father received a letter from American Mega Lottery Payment and a check from Progressive Casualty Insurance Company for 3,950. The letter stated that my father had won $250,000.00.There is also a phone number (1-647-707-7976) and a claims agent named Glenn Baker.Thankfully, my father had enough sense to ask myself and my husband to look at the letter. We went online and found out that it was a scam. People get lower and lower.
