I was not so aware until the second company came up when trying to fix my computer with Norton.com. This is a double scam. I see two companies involved in the scam and both are out of Illinois. Qresolve is out of Rosemont Illinois and your billing shows Rosemont Florida. The second company who comes in behind to clean up the evidence is out of Chicago. They say that Qresolve is a scam then they remove all the evidence from your computer. The other company that needs to be check out is DigitalECO.com. At that time when working with Norton all of a sudden here comes this popup DigitalECO when proceeding to do what had to be done thinking that this company was working with Norton it was found out that they were not affiliated with Norton. Need to spread the word about this. Qresolve says they fixed your computer but they did not. Then DigitalECO.com comes in behind after detect that something is going on and try to do the cleanup.
