I ordered the free shipments of Raspberry ketone and Cleanse extreme which were free trials and paid shipping only.Icancelled the products and thought no more of it.Then in March I received a 2nd pack.This prompted me to check my credit card statement to find I have been charged £200 a month for items they didnt even send and they now wont give me a refund as their policy states you must request a refund within 30 days
