I did receive the trials for $4.95 and $3.97. When they tried to run the charge card again, they couldn't, but on 3/12/2014, I was miracul- ously charged $39.00. When I called to find out what this charge was for, I was told that it was to cover the trial products that I had received in Feb. That's when I cancelled my order (cancellation #1501889). The ironic thing is that my credit card company was immediately suspicious of the $4.95 and $3.97 charges. They called me to find out if these charges were legit because they detected something was up. The company operated out of the U.S. and United Kingdom. It was impossible to communicate with their group of non-English speaking customer service reps.
