This software is a scam. The problem that they advertised to fix was not repaired by their program and my computer has been deluged with malicious popups ever since. I am also convince it was a bait and switch ploy to get me to employ them at a more expensive rate.
I contacted speedy pc pro when it was listed as a possible cure for a problem that I was having. A windows program was failing to load. Upon paying for the program and downloading it I called Speedy PC Pro as was required by their instructions in the download procedure to start the program. The person that I spoke to requested that he be able to remotely operate my pc. I unwittingly allowed him to do this because I thought that he would help repair my problem. He did not. What I discovered is that his involvement was nothing more than a bait and switch when he tried to sell me a service to have my computer remotely repaired. I refused and was subsequently able to repair the problem myself with help from Microsoft. Since loading the SpeedyPC software I have had continual problems and have not seen any advantage whatsoever.
