I won a bidrack auction bidding on a 32GB Ipod Touch. The time ran out and it stated I won. After the site stated i won, a green PAY NOW button appeared and then quickly disappeared, and then stated BID NOW...SOLD. The Ipod was given to another name. I have constantly called the customer service number and contacted them through email. They continually respond stating a "supervisor" will be contacting me. I did reseach on the site and found that for periods of time big ticketed items such as Ipads, Laptops and TV, are consistently won by the same names. I have screenshots to prove this!!
