Ignorantly attempted to purchase driver software to connect a new printer to my laptop computer. Company took payment for software but required me to obtain assistance before loading software. Link up provided them full system access to computer such that they could maneuver and c me from India. Once that access was thoughtlessly given by me they became aggressive and essentially computer jacked me. Telling me I needed to pay $399 to eliminate all the bugs and viruses that had popped up and was the cause of my computer being slow etc. I declined and they sabotaged my computer leaving me with a empty blank screen and no connection at all. Essentially wiping out all my programs and all the information and software programs including Turbo tax returns for the past four years; se-mail access and photos etc.
