International boundaries
Purchased Regcure Pro in Sept 2013 via Paypal. Immediately found it was a scam and so cancelled the purchase (although did not get a refund).
Made it very clear that we did not want anything from them every again.
Found a charge taken from my Paypal account by Safecart on behalf of Regcure pro TODAY. No email, no explanation for what it is for (just said RegcurePro) in transaction details.
I have not authorised it and it is about time that Safecart took responsibility for their actions.
I have filed an unauthorised complaint with Paypal but I would expect Safecart to issue and immediate refund.
