After purchasing a sample I was then shipped a pot of cream with the amount of £95 being charged to my account without my approval in February when I was out of the country, another £95 was charged to my account and shipped which I refused to accept. I have tried to email their customer services but this has been bounced back. I will write to the PO Box address but I don't hold out much hope.
