I booked numerous flights for a family vacation and paid for insurance Due to family medical emergency plans had to be changed. Cheapoair was not helpful, hung up on me repeatedly after hours on hold and at least 50 phone calls. When I followed the insurance instructions to file the claims the travelex insurance company said cheapoair had cancelled my insurance thus, they will not pay the claims until cheap o air corrects their info which of course they never do. I am being held hostage by cheapoair. Do NOT ever go thru chepoair and never give then your credit card info. They made many more errors-too many to go thru but this holding up my insurance refund is the worst. Also, I will never buy travelex insurance either. They are aware of how screwed up cheapoair is but just wait and wait while I am abused and withheld returns even though the pages of documentation prove my case. They just tottally wish to go on the word of cheap o air
