My account manager told me I had 2 insured trades, and after specifically asking if it would count as a bonus she clearly stated and reinforced that it would not be counted as a bonus, and that I could still withdraw funds . Needless to say that turned out to not be the case. I cannot withdraw funds, got an email from Lbinary saying i received a bonus which i didn't receive.

yet to hear anything from you guys and havent gotten my refund from Lbinary still
