I manage to get in contact with an agent (prisoncallsoultions.com) which provided a bogus receipt #ER 5552 as a refund and cancellation. I was just informed after trying to reach them for a follow up for my refund that I was not eligible for one without any explanation whatsoever through a ticket I was able to open on there website. I have proof of the actual conversation (snapshot) that transpired between myself and there agent "Oliver" who provided the bogus receipt.
