I bought a wedding dress from above mentioned seller and until I received it the seller was very friendly and nice. When I received the dress I couldn't believe my eyes as the dress looked terrible and it wasn't like what I ordered. So I asked them to return it back. Before I return it asked them if they can pay me back the full amount I paid to them. They said they will do that.
After they received their dress they started to tell me that their paypal account is on review so they cannot refund me money until it finishes. I waited and waited and after the pay review was over they said they need to get a permission from their manager to issue the refund and their manager is on holidays. So I waited again. After that lie they told me it Chinese new year holiday and all the staff are on holiday.. So the lies kept going on until they ran out of all the lies.
Now they are not replying me to my emails. I've been waiting more than three months to get this refund and I still haven't got it. When I complained about this to ebay, they are asking me to sort this out with the seller. I couldn't open a case as it was over 48 days until I receive the dress and returning it back to the seller.
I've got no Idea what should do now to get my money back!!!!

- The seller juliet-2012 have done the exact same to me. They are thiefs and constantly tell you they will refund you. " they are honest sellers" blah blah blah same as they told you. Saying from " your friend peng" fuming I actually senty dress back to them so they have my money and my dress. Assholes that account needs shutting down. And am doing everything in my power to make sure that happens
