My account was paused after I exceeded my 'unlimited' account. I took the necessary steps, as advised by Just Cloud's support team, to reclaim access to my online back-up. It has been 5 weeks and just cloud is still unavailable to me for back-up, due to an error that seems to be coming from their end.

I was told not to send any further complaints as 'Submitting multiple (tickets) will delay the response of your ticket, as it will put your previous email back to the bottom of the queue'

I have had to buy alternate back-up as my business relies heavily on their service. Extremely dissatisfied customer.
