Unauthorised charging practices!~

I just bought a sample of the Test 180 IGNITE and have not decided to buy its full sized bottle for the price which they have not advised me when they advertised. But they charged me for AUD100.78 for the first time and I received the bottle. When I have not opened to use it, they charged me for AUD99.89, also from my credit card. I fount it out when I came and checked my transactions, because they had not informed me of the transactions, twice. Only the first time I paid AUD11.31 for a small bottle which I have not finished using yet. For the second charge I have not received any bottle yet, even though now 14 days elapsed since it happened.

I rang the Braeside office on its 1800 and received an auto responder saying that it only worked Tuesday and Friday between 1am and 1pm and Saturday between 1pm and 4pm AET. The accent is American but the statement of trading hours is a little bit confusing.

The practice of the company thus is not transparent. Like elance, a online job bank charges me for some kind of monies which I had never been warned of before. The ethical issue is seriously posed here and I wonder if the Google advertisement facility should bear some responsibility when it decided to let many sharks go winding around for easy preys!
This is the third time I have the trouble with online companies.
I am ready to pay for quality products but I do not like cheaters. I hope Force Factor work out for me, but I am not financially ready for such aggressive, if not devouring promoters.
