I wanted to relocate to Dubai. I was really doubtful about the services of Global Visas, now IXP. But I wanted to try if ever it worked out.
I went to meet them in London. I questioned them about their services and reliability. The arguments they used is that they have a 95% success rate ( I wonder if this is true) and they had some government accreditation.
I paid them in installment, and they were doing their proper follow ups.
One day I asked the "account manager" how well is my file going on and I wanted updates and I want to know how they apply jobs. They started to send me links that they found on the recruitment websites that I was already applying before. That was rather strange and unprofessional but I didn't question about anything because the manager was quite friendly and seemed to be trust worthy. Until one day I told them I have doubt that their service and I believe that it is a scam. The "account manager" told me that I should have questioned that before paying for their services.
In short I dont know how their recruitment agencies work and it is still a mystery how I will find a job in Dubai!
IXP IS A SCAM! I REALLY HOPE THAT PEOPLE STOP PAYING FOR THEIR SERVICES!
