Today (3/18/14) is the third time we have contacted the company by phone about cancelling the "trial" order. Mind you this has been going on since January. The first two times we were told nothing would be charged to our credit cards and what remained of the bottles did not need to be returned (January call). February we received another bottle, initiating a call to find out why and to make sure charges were not applied. Were told the account was closed, no charges would be applied, an email would be sent as a confirmation, no need to send back the bottle since it was their mistake. Now it is March, I am looking at my bill, I have another charge on my bill and nothing has been refunded. I call back....this time the guy talks me around in circles. First tried to tell me that the charge on this bill was for the second bottle, that we didn't cancel. When we notified him that we had an email confirmation he began to back track. Now it was for the first bottle it was up-charged because I didn't call to cancel the "free trial". When I informed him that we had called back in January to cancel and that this was the third call he again began to back track and say that it wasn't within the allotted time. He said he could give me my money back if I paid for the shipping and handling to send back the second bottle that they sent to me AFTER I had already call to cancel. I told him that I would be happy to send everything back (all 3 bottles) when they sent me labels/boxes/packaging to do so since it was their mistake in the first place. I asked for a supervisor; he said he was his own supervisor. I asked for another phone number (corporate, supervisor, etc...) he declined and would begin to talk circles again. Then he said I will just put down that you do not want a refund! I asked for his name, he was hesitant, but he did give me his agent number. I informed him that I would contact the Better Business Bureau and find a way to get in touch with the someone higher up with the company. I emailed the company and informed them that someone with the authority to make decisions and refunds needed to contact me or I would be contacting the BBB.
