recevied email from friend 'sharing news'
clicked on 'news' and Phytoceramides site popped up selling skin care products sounding reasonable and letgit, unfortunately when I recevied my electronic receipt I immediately noticed that charge would appear as:8667364194SLIMDOWNWITHEAS for 118.50
and new something was up, then I checked my inbox and had electronic receipt reflecting: Jupiter-Phytoceramides and an order number and customer number with them. I immediately called customer service @877-763-0272 and inquired about Jupiter-Phytoceramides and was told that once order placed and shipping in play to wait for delivery and evaluate the product and if dissatisfied,to follow instructions regarding return. When I asked about billing receipt info billing for weight loss product I was disconnected. On February 25, I sent an email requesting a tracking # and or quick company response from them because I received nothing. When didn't hear from them I sent another email 3-6-14 @ 12:04AM and contacted the 877-763-0272 and was told that my order would be checked into.
Got an auto reply thanking me for contacting Raspberry Ketone/Green Coffee/Garcinia Cambogia support and gave a different #855-978-6683 9am-5pm(Monday-Friday) Email stated that by ordering I had agreed to TrimTrainerTerms outlining some kind of recurring monthly charge of $9.47 when trial membership expired. Oh My Gosh, mad doesn't describe how I felt, first toward myself, then I got busy and contacted my credit card company to alert them. I have kept copies of all electronic mail and would like to know what else I can do to help stop this scam in its tracks!
