Sept. 2013 subscribed to an offer from iTunes for Major League Bassball (MLB.TV) on my Apple TV (ATV) for a yearly subscription of $24.99, this included spring training games. This year I tried to view the games on my ATV and was unable to view them. It seems like iTunes didn't carry over my subscription to this year. It doesn;t appear that iTunes is carrying the MLB.TV app on it's iTunes Store website. It was there the beginning of March but now it doesn't appear. So, for me to watch MLB this year on my ATV I need to subscribe to MLB at a cost of $129.99. I have e-mail documenta from a senior iTunes rep. saying he would ensure that I wouldn't be charged on my credit card $129.99 however this was when iTunes was still carrying MLB.TV. Since they are not carrying MLB.TV on their iTunes store they cannot fix the billing as I have to subscript to MLB.TV directly from MLB.TV not iTunes. They made the problem but they are not answering my e-mails so it looks like I'm screwed. I've asked them for their vice-president's name, company address and phone number as I would like to make a complaint to Better Business Bureau but they refuse to answer my e-mails.
