Hi. First off I want to say i have no idea how my service provider got switched to PAlMco energy i was always with PSE&G. I called them last month explaining this but they didnt do anything about it. I used to pay about $200 to $300 a month on average for my bill and now this company PALMco is billing me an outrageously high number of $2,762.31 for this month. I have a 2 bedroom apartment and theres no way possible my bill is this high. Please help me.

Please help me resolve this problem, i tried contacting them by phone and email and they wont answer me. Thank you.

    I am sorry to hear that about your issues. We at PALMco take them very seriously because quality service is our #1 priority, and I would be more than happy to help resolve them.

    Unfortunately, extremely cold winters like this one drive up demand for electricity and gas and produce spikes in market prices. This means energy supply companies like PALMco have to pay higher prices to the suppliers to service our customers, which is reflected in our variable rate customers' bills.

    PALMco does not have any contracts or cancellation fees. When a customer cancels, we notify the local utility immediately, but it can take up to 60 days to take effect as it is dependent on the local utility company’s billing cycle.
