I actually had two incidents - January and February. January they sent me the product AFTER I had cancelled; however, not only did they send me one, but they sent me two! Thus deducting $195.64 in one fell swoop from my checking account! When I called they claimed they didn't have my cancellation so they did return one full amount ($97.82) and only 1/2 of the second product ($48.91.) In February I again receive ANOTHER product with another $97.28 coming out of my checking account. This is after cancelling my subscription twice! They said it was either a double order or my part (What???) or a mistake on their part (obviously!) To this date I have still not have had the monies reimbursed after sending them the product back the middle of February. How can a company get away with this and when does someone step in and look at their books and shut them down! It is unbelievably frustrating and I for one hope some governing agency takes action!
