I ordered a "Free Sample" of their skincare product through my Chinese bank. I did the bank's survey and was offered this "Free Sample" among other three offers which I didn't chose. I considered it's a "thank you gift" from the bank. I paid $4.95 for shipping and handling. But after about a month, I was shipped another same package and charged $97.88 on my Mastercard. I contacted this company, a customer service representative told me that I had overlooked their terms. She gave me the website and pointed out to me where the terms were-they were printed on the second page in very small size on the one corner under some logos. I wasn't sure that's the website I ordered the "free sample" from but even it is, the terms are deceptively done. She said they would refund my money after I return the package but they'd charge $17.50 stocking fee. Their business won't go very far if they do it in such a cheeky way.
